I understand that participating in outdoor and adventure activities such as hiking, canyoning, caving, ziplining, and similar experiences with Top Adventures involves certain risks. These activities take place in natural environments, and unexpected situations may occur. Possible risks include injury, accidents, damage to personal belongings, weather conditions, or other unforeseen events.

Assumption of Risk:

By choosing to participate, I willingly accept full responsibility for all risks related to these activities. I understand that adventure activities can be physically demanding and may involve unpredictable conditions.

Release of Liability:

I agree that Top Adventures, including its staff, guides, employees, and partners, will not be held responsible for any injuries, losses, or damages that may occur during my participation, to the fullest extent allowed by law, whether caused by negligence or other reasons.

Health & Safety Confirmation:

I confirm that I am physically and mentally fit to take part in these activities and that I do not have any medical conditions that could be affected by participation. I agree to follow all safety rules and instructions given by Top Adventures and its guides at all times.

Equipment Responsibility:

I agree to use all equipment provided by Top Adventures carefully and properly. I understand that I may be required to pay for any loss or damage caused by misuse or carelessness.

Insurance Claim Fee:

If I am injured or involved in an accident and choose to use Top Adventures’ insurance coverage, I understand that I must pay an insurance claim fee of 1000 OMR directly to the insurance company. This fee is non-refundable and must be paid when the claim is submitted.

Media Permission:

I give Top Adventures permission to use photos, videos, or recordings taken during the activities for promotional or marketing purposes, without payment or prior approval.

Governing Law:

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman, and any disputes will be handled exclusively by the courts of Oman.

Refund and Returns Policy

    • If the customer cancels 4 days or more before the trip, 100% of the total amount will be refunded.
    • if the customer cancels before 24 hours to 3 days from the trip , 75% of the total amount will be refunded.
    • If the customer cancels within 24 hours before the trip, 50% of the total amount will be refunded.
    • If the customer does not show up on the day of the trip, no refund will be issued.
    • In cases beyond the control of either party (such as bad weather, death, accidents , or similar circumstances), the customer will receive a 100% refund or may choose a replacement activity of similar duration and location, as offered by the Company.
