Refund and Returns Policy

    • If the customer cancels 4 days or more before the trip, 100% of the total amount will be refunded.
    • if the customer cancels before 24 hours to 3 days from the trip , 75% of the total amount will be refunded.
    • If the customer cancels within 24 hours before the trip, 50% of the total amount will be refunded.
    • If the customer does not show up on the day of the trip, no refund will be issued.
    • In cases beyond the control of either party (such as bad weather, death, accidents , or similar circumstances), the customer will receive a 100% refund or may choose a replacement activity of similar duration and location, as offered by the Company.
