If the customer cancels 4 days or more before the trip, 100% of the total amount will be refunded.
if the customer cancels before 24 hours to 3 days from the trip , 75% of the total amount will be refunded.
If the customer cancels within 24 hours before the trip, 50% of the total amount will be refunded.
If the customer does not show up on the day of the trip, no refund will be issued.
In cases beyond the control of either party (such as bad weather, death, accidents , or similar circumstances), the customer will receive a 100% refund or may choose a replacement activity of similar duration and location, as offered by the Company.
